The Lodz Special Economic Zone supports domestic and foreign entrepreneurs by developing favourable conditions for creating new workplaces, implementing innovative projects and building trust in business relations. Lodz SEZ offers investment support (reaching up to 55% of eligible investment costs) for projects located in central Poland, in the following provinces: Lodzkie, Mazovia and Greater Poland. At the same time, the Zone is conducting activities, which are complementary to the investment support such as Startup Spark accelerator, the Strefa RozwoYou, the Technical School of Automation and Robotics of the Lodz SEZ. In 2019, FDI Intelligence magazine (Financial Times group) recognized the Lódz Special Economic Zone as the 2nd best special economic zone in Europe (1st place in the SME category).
