The work of the team is led by Rafal Sobolewski

Rafal completed his attorney’s apprenticeship. From 2012, he was associated with the Aviva Group in Poland, initially as an employee of the Legal Department and then the Compliance and Internal Supervision Department. After leaving Aviva, he initiated the implementation of Title Insurance and W&I Insurance. He conducted substantive training for financial institutions, particularly on the subject of MiFID II. Professionally and privately, he is interested in commercial property and the M&A market in Europe.
